Before the Siege of Four Cities, the soldiers assigned to defend the Eastern Gates asked the Priests of Mercy for comfort. The priests whose practice was that of kindness and empathy petitioned their god for a special blessing on these defenders. In response, the God of Mercy gave the soldiers additional wisdom, skill, and foresight. In return, the god asked that they show mercy to their enemies.
Mechanics
This armor has three charges. You can expend one charge before or after you make an ability check. Doing so allows you to roll a d4 and add the number rolled to the check. The armor regains its charges every time you perform an act of kindness. The GM decides if the service pleases the God of Mercy.
