Flaxbers Hums – the first master of this staff – was wild, rebellious, and recalcitrant. Even so, he would never have been described as malicious. It’s unfortunate that so much of work has been deemed as such, especially by those who value structure and order.

Additionally, whenever you make cast a spell that targets a creature whose alignment is lawful, deal 2d6 psychic damage.
