Weapon (Whip), Rare (requires Attunement)
To the North of the lost hills lives a tribe that rides large flightless birds native to the area. The birds are astonishingly quick and agile. While them might not be able to match the speed of well-bred horse, they could easily outmaneuver it.
To stay light and flexible in the saddle, the bird riders wear simple leather armor and carry a dangerous whip they use to wreak havoc on the battlefield. Frightening magical energy is designed into the whips to give them even more of a bite when they have captured an unsuspecting foe.
