Talic stones are a rare precious gem found on the peaks of Ilfelin. The mineral is created when high mountain lightning strikes the semi-precious rock Talcanite. Once this process occurs, Talic stones become astonishingly sensitive to magical energy.
Mechanic
This amulet has 5 charges. As a bonus action, you can expend a charge to add +3 to your spell save DC and spell attack rolls until the start of your next turn. For every hour you spend storing magical energy you can recover 1 charge. Storing magic in this way requires a considerable amount of attention and cannot be done during a long or short rest.

Talcanite Stone Amulet
While Talcanite is a much more common mineral in the Ilfelin mountain ranges, it is much less conductive and has a tendency to leak energy. The stone requires a lot of attention to have any practical use.
