Warriors from the Northern tribes forge their spears by performing an agonizing rite of passage that takes them through the heart of the Ice Desert. The potency of their weapon directly correlates to the suffering they endure during the frigid forging process.
The Champions of Kamul carry the most powerful Frostbite Spears, and they do not surrender them without a fight. Owning such a weapon means you’ve either endured the worst of the Kamul Ice Desert or you’ve bested the tribe’s greatest warrior.

Add +1 to attack rolls.
Additionally, after making a successful attack against a creature, add 2d6 Cold Damage to the Damage Roll for each time that creature has taken damage from the Frostbite Spear. If the creature doesn’t receive any damage from the Frostbite Spear for one hour, the compounding effect ends.

Frostbite Spear (Variant)
A slightly more common magical spear is carried by the less notorious Frostland tribes. While equally intimidating, they don’t carry the same bite as the Frostbite Weapons of Kamul.
